Makes refills & appts easier. My only complaint is that I wish there was an option for 'first available' when requesting an appt, instead of having to pick a time frame. It would also be nice to have the option to select from the actual available appt times & confirm the appt or not, once the vet approves it, before being scheduled because I often don't see the notification to find out what time I'm scheduled for until it's too late. It's helpful for requesting refills 24/7 at any time tho

C'mon! 😠 Allow me to see what I'm typing in the password box‼️I wish I could scale the photos of our puppy better. As in to see the outline of the limits (the rectangle for the background, and the circle for the profile) where I am trying to add them. As it is the scaling is done in one place and upon adding you see that you need to scale again. But upon clicking the photo, you can't edit it, and instead the app prompts you to go to your gallery.

My vet office told me about this app and were fairly new to it. I can honestly say it has been extremely beneficial. You can have all your pets, any meds they're on (you can even set reminders!) You can upload a picture and customize each animals profile. My favorite part is the fact that you can schedule, cancel or reschedule appts without a phone call. The other perk, you can request results and they will do that for you as well and you get a text from the app reminding you of any of it. You c
