Overall helpful, but some poor design choices The app does help while shopping, but I hate that when closing the app it asks, "are you sure you want to close?". Yes of course I do, that's why I hit the back button. And even if I closed it on accident it would take me about 1.2 seconds to reopen it.
App is poorly designed I am shopping for flooring using the android app and find it difficult if not impossible. After a phone call to get help all they could say was "I'm sorry your having trouble". Change the app so that the price and the square footage are shown together in the listing instead of getting a price THEN having to scroll through several suggestions to buy with the product all the way to the bottom of the page then look in specifications to see how many square feet that price will buy. Put the item nmbr by item!
The Map is awful GET RID OF THE MAP. Anytime you all would like to get rid of the map and go back to the isle and bay of items, that would be great. Map does not load so therefore it is useless, disorienting at best when and if it ever does. Map is useless, which makes this app useless.
Pro As a pro the app does a good job. The only thing that would make the it better is if you could save directly to a new list or as I would like to call it a job. This would allow professionals to have multiple quotes going and turn them into jobs quickly.
Won't even open up App won't even open. Not sure why it needs camera access, access of your phone ID,access of pictures. Would be great if a explanation of what the use of these things are. Would not waste your time to download it is crap and being unistalled
Sure beats waiting for in-store help I'd been walking around the store looking for self-adhesive cork dots to put on the backs of some tiles I was making into coasters. Sure, I could have just ordered them from Amazon, but no, silly me, I thought it would be easier just to pick some up from Lowe's. 45 minutes and 3 clueless employees later, I downloaded the app and found them in Aisle 16, Bay 12. And I found out they didn't have any Modge Podge, so now I'm off to Michael's. Hopefully I won't need an app there too.
