Tried to rent a bike, would not even unlock from the dock station. Attempted three different bikes, still would not function. I want my money back.

It would not let me use any card on the app to rent a bike. I restarted my phone, made multiple accounts, logged in, logged out, it would not work.

useless app, charges u but never unlocks the bike. Remember to charge back
