Used to be great. Now pretty useless. Have to sign out and back in every time you want to use it. Checkout option also doesn't work anymore. No change with the most recent version.
BA, Virgin, Hilton & many other apps remember me. As an Elite Member you would expect Marriott to do the same. Even the fact of being a Platinum Elite for many years, this app is NOT Guest friendly and as such agree with many others. MARRIOTT, please rectify as a matter of urgency - thank you in anticipation.
In today's day and age of needing to market to consumers, how can you not have your app compatible with a Samsung Galaxy Tablet? I use the tablet all the time for airline and other hotel connectivity - isn't Marriott now the largest hotel company? Why aren't you up to speed on delivering a useable app to your customers?
This app isn't too bad, but what makes it super annoying is the fact that I constantly have to re-sign in. It will never remember who I am. This seems to be a major flaw and annoyance compared to todays apps. Please fix this!!
Update Fail Update 11/17 , new update allowed me to login, will update after a month or so of use. Ever since the last update this app has become useless to me. I used to use it exclusively to book my rooms and check in/out. Post update, Everytime I fill out any input field hitting sign in or search does nothing. It is very frustrating because then I remember "oh yea, this app doesn't work anymore" and go track down a computer. Please fix , I'm a loyal customer!
Junk! Not surprised to see all the bad reviews. This app asked me to sign in every time I open it and doesn't remember any account info. I just now tried to sign in and after entering my info the login button was unresponsive. Closed app and reopened and now my account is locked. WTF Marriott?
