Ratings and reviews

That I cannot cancel or reschedule my appointment through the app is ridiculous. If I can schedule, I ought to be able to cancel or change. Very, very inconvenient. Then, there are therapists I would like to schedule with that NEVER have open appointments on the calendar and there is no explanation for when their calendars open up - it seems to happen according to some arbitrary system. And please, stop asking so many questions when booking. UPDATE 2025: still can't reschedule or cancel

First the good -easy to see if someone is available and book. The bad-unable to see how many credits we have left. You would think ME would want us to use our credits but it has been this way forever. Also you should be able to cancel and rebook as long as it is more than 24 hours before the appointment. No ability to cancel. Very disappointed that neither of these issues has ever been addressed,even though large numbers of people have recommended it for years.

The app works well enough. one thing that drives me nuts is that it won't let me android operating system auto fill my user name and password. If I get logged out, I have to log into my saved passwords and look up both and then type it in manually. Please update your app so that the user name and password on a personal phone can be saved or auto filled. The app works fine for booking appointments. I also wish it showed me how many credits I have in my account.
