That I cannot cancel or reschedule my appointment through the app is ridiculous. If I can schedule, I ought to be able to cancel or change. Very, very inconvenient. Then, there are therapists I would like to schedule with that NEVER have open appointments on the calendar and there is no explanation for when their calendars open up - it seems to happen according to some arbitrary system. And please, stop asking so many questions when booking. UPDATE 2025: still can't reschedule or cancel

My big issue is that it does not link to my account. There is only the option to "become a member" not to link to an existing account. I asked staff, but they said they couldn't change it. I can't see my remaining hours or payment info. I check every time I go in for a treatment, but it's still annoying. Also does not save past appointment info, making that tab useless, but fix the member thing first!

First the good -easy to see if someone is available and book. The bad-unable to see how many credits we have left. You would think ME would want us to use our credits but it has been this way forever. Also you should be able to cancel and rebook as long as it is more than 24 hours before the appointment. No ability to cancel. Very disappointed that neither of these issues has ever been addressed,even though large numbers of people have recommended it for years.
