Ratings and reviews

That I cannot cancel or reschedule my appointment through the app is ridiculous. If I can schedule, I ought to be able to cancel or change. Very, very inconvenient. Then, there are therapists I would like to schedule with that NEVER have open appointments on the calendar and there is no explanation for when their calendars open up - it seems to happen according to some arbitrary system. And please, stop asking so many questions when booking. UPDATE 2025: still can't reschedule or cancel

Same issues as previous reviewers from the past few years, with zero updates or changes. 1. Can't cancel or reschedule booked appointments within the app. If I can book an appointment, I should be able to make changes to it. 2. Account credits are not shown, still have to ask the front desk how many I have or when they are expiring. 3. Unable to change my "home" location to a different one. I have to go to the location I originally signed up with to transfer, which is hard after a move.

Useless app. It completely fails to sync with my account, so I have no idea how many credits I have or what my payments look like—it only shows the date I joined. On top of that, the booking feature is a joke. Certain therapists block off their schedules from the app keeping their oppenings for their preferred customers, meaning you still have to call the clinic directly to find if a spacific therapist will give you a slot. Save your time and money.
