This is not about the company, but the app is terrible. Sign in is atrocious. Even though they have "remember this device" on two separate sign in screens, it never remembers. Plus they have 2FA even with biometrics, but of course the biometrics never remembers you. That's all before you get to a home page that is a poor web screen that requires multiple scrolls to access everything

Disappointing. Takes a bit to load once you get through the password, a pin that is sent to your email, check the box to remember this device, and answer if you want to use biometrics. This is needrd every time I go into the app despiteI checking yes on remembering this device and yes to using biometrics. EVERY TIME. Why ask when the answer is always no?

i sign in, put in the authorization code that was emailed to me and get a blank screen. It doesn't even try load anything. worthless app. also, I don't want a billion steps to sign in, especially to a blamk scree.
