Ratings and reviews

App doesn't work. I sign in and it immediately a white page with a single selection option at the top saying 'back to my account'. When I select that, it tells me the webpage is not available and errors out.

This is not an exaggeration, this is the worst app I have ever attempted to use. Its garbage. I can login just fine on the website but no matter what I try I can never login on the app. I even reset my password and tried a new one, still works on the website but not on the app. For a multimillion dollar insurance company, having an app this unusable is completely unacceptable. Frankly, it's pathetic. Do better for your members.

typical insurance related app. Slowest thing on my phone. You can tell the majority of the consumers of this product didn't get a choice... or we wouldn't chose it and they would be force to make it better.
