Ratings and reviews

This is not an exaggeration, this is the worst app I have ever attempted to use. Its garbage. I can login just fine on the website but no matter what I try I can never login on the app. I even reset my password and tried a new one, still works on the website but not on the app. For a multimillion dollar insurance company, having an app this unusable is completely unacceptable. Frankly, it's pathetic. Do better for your members.

Doesn't work. Just like every other review on here, you enter your personal information to create an account and ultimately, it takes you to a blank white screen, but not until after it captures your info. The end.

I've had the same experience as others leaving reviews; if you can get past the initial login page you're met with a white screen and an error notice if you try to navigate to any kind of content.
