Works great...when it works The few times I've been able to use the app I was able to do what I needed....but the past month or two I keep getting "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." Very frustrating when I just want to see my statement.... I shouldn't have to turn my phone off for 5 minutes every time I want to use an app. Sometimes that works...but still SUPER FRUSTRATING!

The app is poorly designed. I wish I could set up my fingerprint biometric to log in with rather than have to type my password. Also, the claims list should be excel-like with sortable columns/rows for easier review of claims information. It would be really helpful, too, if you included the date the claim was processed and the doctors name. I still don't understand why you also don't provide the diagnosis/procedure codes.

App and website are broken. Downloaded the app because the website wouldn't let me register. Once I was able to register from the app I opened it one time, after that the app tells me an unexpected error has occurred try again later. I think something as important as someone's healthcare you guys could spend a little extra money on web and app creation. The one time I was able to log into the app it did seem to cover all my needs is the reason for 2 stars and not 1.
