I wanted to get this app so I would have my information at my fingertips without always having to take out my card. Just to register you have to input your birthday, which I get, but you have to flip through every single month from today back to when you were born. I am in my 50's. I am NOT going to waste that time to do that. sad. I think you should be able to input the year, freely.
- Search is slow - Interface is begging for Google Material Design - Data isn't up to date. Example my ex-primary doctor is still listed at a location when it's been over a year since they left - "Confirm birth date" starts with 2017 instead of something reasonable like current year minus 18. Pretty sure babies born in 2017 aren't using this app over legal adults Regardless, happy this app exists just begs for development attention and user experience work
Followed link to download app onto phone. Tried to register as I am a first time user with this insurance, won't let me register, says it has expired. No other way to sign up or log in.. total waste of time.
I found that you don't have to flip month by month to enter your birthday. When you see the monthly calendar there should be a very faint year in the upper left corner. Tapping that will open a list of years you can scroll through.
Couldn't even get past the date of birth confirmation as it forces you to scroll back one month at a time on a calendar for 40+ years...
To input your birthday you have to flip through each month. I am 45, that is a lot of m9nths!
