App and website are broken. Downloaded the app because the website wouldn't let me register. Once I was able to register from the app I opened it one time, after that the app tells me an unexpected error has occurred try again later. I think something as important as someone's healthcare you guys could spend a little extra money on web and app creation. The one time I was able to log into the app it did seem to cover all my needs is the reason for 2 stars and not 1.

It has worked once for me. Opening to a login page is clunky. The UI for tools is extremely unfriendly to use and not very intelligent. The actual tools do not provide any useful information. The figures provided are wild estimates. Available real data is expexted, a complete opposite is what you get. It doesn't use specific account/plan parameters. The info it provides is nonspecific and nonapplicable. Does a little bit of nothing expected and not well. Website is far more capable and required

The app is poorly designed. I wish I could set up my fingerprint biometric to log in with rather than have to type my password. Also, the claims list should be excel-like with sortable columns/rows for easier review of claims information. It would be really helpful, too, if you included the date the claim was processed and the doctors name. I still don't understand why you also don't provide the diagnosis/procedure codes.
