Menulog to UberEats is like Stan compared to Netflix. It's not set out in a very user-friendly way. There's no pictures of the food you're ordering and the descriptions are often confusing. We've avoided ordering from some places purely because we have no idea what it is! We like Menulog though. It's still a great service. Just the app needs work.
The new app is just confusing at times. I'm annoyed that it doesn't automatically filter out pick up options (or save my settings when I do it myself). The old app was so much more convenient
Was buggy and clunky, now clumsy with tiny text. What was great is gone, what was good has gone backwards – ordering feels like it takes more effort than it should. The new UX is nicer, but text way too small. AND bring back 'ASAP' ordering so the trader gets to advise how long it'll take to be ready. Its a bit rudely presumptive to expect orders to be ready when Menulog says so, not to mention disappointment of arriving and it is still ages away.
App is pretty good but it would be great if the vouchers you sent actually worked received one on Friday for the weekend... Tried to use it said it wasn't recognized
I want you to know MenuLog that I have downloaded your application (and shall now use exclusively) purely because of Jeff Goldblum. Although I never found anything particularly wrong with the application and interface, I just preferred EatNow - no longer is this the case. Choices such as these are Goldblum and if we do not seize them then how are we to move forward. My Goldblum years are still ahead but for now at least, I am certain I am on the correct path in life. Here's to dining out together, to enjoying dish after dish with friends new and old alike, and here's to Goldblum. A man of such magnificent splendor that if he was a dish himself, he would be of such succulent composition that it could only elicit a feeling of pure ecstasy. Thank you, MenuLog.
App is fine but bring back the ASAP option. Without it I'm forced to wait longer for orders even in quiet times
We’re always improving our app to make it easier for you to order the food you love.
If you’ve got an older version of Android (5.1 or earlier), this update might ask you to give Menulog access to the following:
* Identity: We need to save your account details securely on your device
* Location: So we can show you nearby restaurants
* Photos/Media/Files: Recently-accessed data is stored on your device to reduce network and battery use
