Unable up send OTP error. Tried 2 different numbers. Same issue. After this review, the developer responded that the issue was resolved. A month later, the problem is still there. May be the Mepco doesn't want the consumers to know their meter readings because then they're empowered with info and the empirical billing will need to end.

Genuinely disappointing. It's fundamentally impossible to sign up to use the app, as it complains about an inability to send an OTP to active emails and phone numbers. It's as though MEPCO is actively is trying to prevent users from utilizing what ought to have been a very beneficial service.

the app doesn't work at all. I can't even reset password. I get one time passcode to reset password but keyboard doesn't works to enter code. keyboard flicks too much
