Ratings and reviews

Customer service is a joke. Card is a scam with hidden fees for certain payment options. I used the text to pay feature and was still charged a late fee every month due to payment not going through in time. So between interest and fees I was actually going negative every month. The text even says, "Today is the day." When actually today is too late. I went paperless, and the app was not letting me see statements. Called customer service, they said they could not give them to me. AVOID THIS SCAM

I would give less stars if I could. Everytime I send a payment they send it back and charge a fee even with money in the account. when I call I have to sit through an automatic voice message until finally! someone answers only for me to get absolutely nowhere after explaining the problem to no less than 4 people. no one seems to have answers when I call. can't get rid of this thing fast enough. to go with literally ANYONE ELSE

Limited features. One very important one- is locking/ unlocking your card. I had to order a new card. Activated card. I tried to use it it says it's locked. No where on the app that I see to unlock or lock.. Customer service said it should be in the app. app is upto date. Not there. Agent said other people have called. She was so kind. Made a ticket. Hope you fix it soon!
