Ratings and reviews

The app always has an issue where you cannot log in or your password is incorrect (when it's not). You have to enter your phone number and password each time, sometimes your saved username is blank, then you have to click no about doing the finger print login (which never works either). I'm giving it two stars because when you are in up, it is pretty simple. However, it should not be this difficult to check on your money. I have not been able to log in for almost a week this time.

I have fingerprint sign in enabled, it works for a few days then I have to keep putting in my whole log in information. I delete app and download it again, it works for a few days then I have to log in with username, password and phone number all over again every time. Is time consuming, especially when I'm in a rush to see my balance

Continue button on top of the screen is unintuitive and a bit of a pain for anyone with a decent sized phone. It needs to be brought down to the bottom. It's especially painfully on the log on screen were I'll hit locations out of phone etiquette habit erasing my credentials in the process. Pick a software developer who uses the software on the target hardware going forward please.
