Your app keeps crashing over an over, since I started using it, which has been 4+ months. Every time you open the app, all sections don't load properly. I usually have to close and open for more than 8 times before being lucky of everything opening correctly. That's very bad. Time consuming, and frustrating. Fix this. Western Union app moves like a jet.

The app is bugging regularly. Two days ago, I deleted, re-installed, it worked one day and bang! Today, I am unable to use it again. A couple of days later, here I am again: Why are the transfers I made last night taking so long to complete? They're supposed to be instant. Not only did I have to uninstall & reinstall the app multiple times, now that I've successfully completed the transfers, they're still processing. This sucks Hours later,here I am again: transfers processing, since yesterday!

App does not give error messages. Bug receiving money is very painful. Was sent from bank to another and then the other post office. Always waiting as and finally the process also takes forever for receiving little money (not a million where all kind of regulations would come in place). How can you earn money with such a slow service plus annoying customers. Never again!
