I had access to my account for about 2 week and now it doesn't let me see my records at all. it just keeps saying that there are no linked patients, but if I try and link my account it says it's already linked. I tried asking for help and never got a response.

has me listed as somebody else who had my phone number prior and I can't change it absolutely freaking ridiculous I can access all her records that should be against the law so beware people when you're using this app when you stop using it other people will be able to gain all your personal records absolutely horrible app. I have unlinked her from the account but it still listed in her name cuz I don't want to know anything about her personal stuff that should be totally private. horrible exper

Frustrating experience. When you try to access your information, it just doesn't go anywhere. It shows a new notification, but when you click on the bell, a notice about unexpected server error comes up. I don't know if it's just mine, or if it is just a poor app. Either way, I am not very pleased.
