Breathe with your belly without effort.
Gradually slow down your breathing by lengthening your exhalation.
Breathing will force the heart to work at its own rhythm. As you inhale, your pulse will increase and as you exhale, it will decrease.
Blood will easily move through the vessels and deliver oxygen to the most distant cells of the body.
