Ratings and reviews

Works well for scheduling appointments and viewing test results. I appreciate the convenience of biometric sign-in. Would be nice if the app didn't alert me to enable "this permission" (the app doesn't say which, but I declined location and phone) every time I connect. I set permissions the way I need them to be, please stop the alerts.

quest app is very easy for scheduling you can check the app to see if your insurance is acceptable, schedule your appointment when it's convenient for you and you don't have long wait times when scheduled ahead. and they are open from 6:30 am to 5:00 p.m. if I remember correctly. the staff have always been pleasant and respectful. Sebring Florida.

It's nice to have the app to quickly access my account! The only annoyance is that I have to sign in and reenter my username and password every time I open the app, even though I always check the option to log in with my thumbprint. I've never been able to log in with my thumbprint despite it saying it was accepted. It's minor, but the option is there so it would be nice if it worked.

What's new

When scheduling an appointment:
• The location search results are now limited to a 25-mile radius and show the nearest 5 locations at a time.
• The Confirmation screen now provides check in information for the visually impaired.
