I was able to access it once to pay my bill, when I tried to log in 2 weeks later to pay the rest of my bill it keeps giving me an error. Tried to reset my password, same error. "An unexpected error occurred". Great idea in theory, but not so great in practice it seems. If you could get the glitches fixed and under control, I would definitely rate it higher.

app is currently broken as of the recent update.. I've set-up the 2-factor auth, and tried multiple times to login, but it's a loop of being redirected to the website. It's easy enough to make a payment on the site, but you can't bring up your proof, and it's just all around not as convenient. I hope you guys fix it soon..

**EDIT. THIS APP IS USELESS!! It just redirects to the website now. I didn't think it could get any worse, but it REALLY sucks now!!** This app SUUUUUCKS! I can't access my insurance card, the back arrows don't even work, and the whole thing is just slow and annoying. Where's my proof of insurance??
