I hate apps requiring passwords. I could just log into a website. Apps are supposed to be convenient. If someone else has my phone, my security is already compromised. The stupid app always tells me I have the wrong password, doesn't let you use a previous pw, & requires #s, letters, special char, & caps. Super easy to remember when I have to change it every time I use the app /s. At least give an option to leave me signed in.

The Nationwide app is by far the absolute worst when it comes to just trying to login. Everytime I enter the CORRECT password and username I'm met with pop up of "unknown username or password". I've had to change my password every time I want to use the app. Nationwide, why dont you actually use the money people have been paying you to actually do something to make you people useful. Get this fixed now!

Nationwide has a very long, vague privacy policy. That includes using your data for 3rd party marketing and monitoring your apps (without specifying if it's just Nationwide's app or all your apps). If you don't accept, you can't use the app. You can opt out of certain items, but requires you to call in and doesn't cover all the items I am concerned about.
