Mostly perfect! Edit: TO PEOPLE HAVING SIGN IN ISSUES, USE YOUR CARRIER'S MOBILE DATA SERVICE INSTEAD OF WIFI. That was my issue and fix for me! Ever since these newer updates have rolled out, I've only had issues with signing in occasionally. This update will not allow me to sign in using WiFi though, which is slightly inconvenient. Overall, good job!
Great app With easy access and Mobile Banking as well as mobile deposits in depositing checks by picture this app is really easy to use user-friendly and just a great all-around app to see everything and do anything take care of all your banking needs. The only thing that it lacks is I wish that there was push button notifications so that like when a deposit comes in we get notified of the deposit on our phones
Brilliantly Made App; wonderfully user friendly.. The app is always up to par to where I can tackle the majority of my banking needs thru online/mobile app features. Basically I'm only visiting the branch location once a month to withdraw rent. I maxed out my visits at 3 in a calender month,and I stay less than 3.5 miles away...
Great app! Just missing 2 features I use the app a lot but I have discovered its missing two crucial features for me. 1 Secure messaging. I have to go online on my PC if I want to send a message or read a message from NFCU. 2 Memo field for Bill Pay is missing. This makes mobile bill pay useless to me. I need to be able to include a memo to tell the biller what the payment is for like account # etc. This is also only available to online using their website on my PC.
FINALLY FIXED THANK YOU!!!! thank you to whoever fixed that STUPID problem with logging in. I was on the phone with my phone company 3 different times thinking it was my phone and finally just got mad and Uninstalled the app. I love that it works perfectly now. I love this banking app because it is so easy to use.
Easy to use Very simple and easy to use. Really awesome being able to make the mobile deposits as I now live so far from any branch. Has gone down a few times the past week saying error. Never had this issue before in over 2 years.
We fixed an issue that prevented some of you from signing into the app when it was restored from the background. This is an important enough of an issue to fix that we gave it a major version number!
Bonus: We also made finely honed revisions to the process of applying for a personal loan.
