This is the second time the app won't allow me to login. Now the biometric option is gone and the bank isn't picking up. The first time this happened I wasn't in the country and same problematic procedures over and over. It is honestly so frustrating.

The whole day i can't make transactions. Is it me only or are there any other people who experience the same problem as mine??? I can't make any transfers or even buy some airtime, pay bills, since it's the only app I use for various transactions.
