Very impressed with this app to be honest. I was able to open a bank account in 10 mins. Works very well. One more feature I would like to have is to be able to nickname my my accounts. I want to label my accounts ex. 'Rent' or 'Savings' or 'Needs' or 'Wants'. I would like to give my accounts personal labels.. Otherwise, this app works well. Very happy to be a NBC customer

It is very good unfortunately it loading time needs some work it is not instantly and sometimes it freezes. The UI is very pleasing and easy to navigate & use, (user friendly)it is very secure with 2 factors authentication options. Despite having an option for Government bills I have found that when you type/paste control number it fails to register so I am forced to transfer to Mobile money and pay which is extra steps and additional charges of transfers fees (bank and mobile money).

Still a big problem when you forget the password. To recover a password is not easy. Make this process easy as it is normal for people to forget things. Currently it is not an easy exercise as it requires to fill a form and main office manage the change. It is not a seamless exercise to customers. Change this please. If a customer forget the password, you can use even questions already saved to ask to recover the password. Find the best way to recover the password without compromising security.
