The Nissan Motor Acceptance Company (NMAC) Finance Account Manager app allows an existing NMAC customer to manage their account on-the-go. From choosing your nearest dealership to scheduling your payment online, we are now your one-stop-shop.
 
To gain access to your account, NMAC account holders may either register or enter login information from an existing account registered on www.NissanFinance.com.

if I could give this zero stars , I would. I am unable to log in , even after confirming their 4 digit code sent to my phone. all I get is a white screen with TWO spinning circles. I've done every tech trick I can think of to possibly fix this and proper log in , but nothing has worked properly. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. zero , nothing, not able to move forward. guess my only other option to log in is through Chrome browser. but that defeats the purpose of the app. 🙄

Total Total waste of time & energy!! App won't let you log into your account with the code they send by email. Won't send the code by cell. Can't talk to a REAL person. My payment was late because the payment never made it via US MAIL in 20 days..In the beginning I was exhausted hoping I could make payments by this app..so mailed payment for 16 months without any delays. Finally, I was able to make the late payment after days on end..now I have to deal with the lost check. Just fix this!!

extremely inconvenient app, bad customer service. The app often shows no balance due when I do owe. then I post payments they take forever to withdraw cause me to miss a payment. I requested a deferment. However, they still reported the missed payment on my credit report. I will never use them again to finance. probably will not buy another nissan because of this app. I'm waiting almost a week after the payment is posted for them to actually take the money I posted for payment. use caution!
