the app has improved, never found it difficult to use but the 2 starts is because your CS really sucked, I called multiple times asking why one of my old lines shows but then disappeared. no one knows.. it's like someone is shadowing me. Any other line cancelled is supposed to be inactive but I think is a profile under another profile, a lot people has family accounts and you don't handle this information correctly. then I keep receiving SMS about my security questions, and pin. I took a pic.

This app has completely gone to hades in a handbasket. It has, literally, become unusable. I have been using it for years to pay my bill. Now i can't even do that. I cant even enter my name. Enter the first letter and then nothing.. No more entry. It may or may not pop in the second lettet after 20 to 30 seconds, it may or may not. Utterly ridiculous. What the heck have you done? Look, if it isn't broke and it works, DO NOT SCREW WITH IT. It it trying to do waaaay too many things. Stop it!

The Metro app SUCKS! It's TERRIBLE! I used to be able to pay my bill through the app with no problems. It was easy; quick, and simple. But lately EVERY single time I attempt to pay my bill, Metro sends a USELESS code number, I enter the number just to be told it's incorrect when, in fact, it is CORRECT! Now I have to travel to the goddamn store to pay my bill! And I'm PISSED!!!😕
