they changed the app, to make online payments. I logged in multiple times, only to keep getting logged out. and the log back in. They made it very frustrating. It wouldn't even show the balance I owed , when I finally got to the payment section. This new app sucks. What was wrong with the way it was. I'm all fir security. but that was ridiculous.

Genuinely Awful. I've used Metro for years because it's the only reasonable option in my area. The people at the Metro stores are wonderful and extremely helpful. You'll need that in-person help btw, the app and website are awful. Two step authentication never works (they've never managed to actually send the SMS verification codes). The "contact us" information is hidden somewhere on the website, which always a massive red flag. If it's meant for human use, it should be easy to use and access.

I've been using this app to pay my phone bill, manage my hotspot, and top up data for years. It worked great! But now all of a sudden the app's just not compatible with my current device anymore?? I've been using it on this device for a year, I have no idea what's going on 😭 I'm literally being forced to uninstall it. Metro please figure yourself out.
