a brilliant app for weight management. I used nutracheck years ago and lost weight so came back to it. it allows you to scan barcodes, and can hook up to your fitness watch to include exercise. it also allows you to line up with specific diets (keto), or, if you prefer, just standard fat/calorie counting. A brilliant all rounder app for helping with weight control. Really intuitive and easy to use.

Very good app! Helpful to see everything your eating, drinking, doing for workouts in one place. It's simple to use, I find the product images when scanned super satisfying. I would love to give this app five stars because features wise, it is worth it. But the paid only subscription model is a no-no especially as there aren't a ton of things separating from other apps where they have an ad supported model to continue using it free. A one off lifetime purchase would be appreciated too.

If you're a whole food, scratch cook, ingredient house person who cooks for crowds, this is the perfect calorie tracking app! I can make a meal like I usually do, type in how many servings I made, and it keeps track brilliantly. it has more base ingredients over processed snacks than any other app I've used, AND it helps to track your calories burned over ingested.
