Tried using both the app and a browser to sign in several times. My email address and password have not changed, yet it keeps saying it is incorrect. Sometimes I can log in, but most times I cannnot. What is going on? Plus, the app is not very useful since it is essentially the same as using a browser. And what is the point of having the option to create an account if there is no reward system or other benefits? Customers might as well sign in as guests each time. Uninstalling asap!

Checkout is smooth, and I appreciate how quickly my order gets processed. It’s a convenient way to enjoy my favorite meals without the wait!

Another failure for the "Taste from Home" phrase that us Filipinos are so proud of. App never works when you need it to, or greedy Jollibee Corp (Chowking's Parent Company) won't let users buy from app to collect points to get freebies. It's basically just the rich f-ing with the poor again. What a typical, greedy, Filipino business practice. They never change, and probably never will.
