I have found the app to be slow, laggy and not intuitive. When you select a deal you then have to go order the items then at check out select the deal AGAIN! If you fail to notice that you get charged full price and don't get the deal because you didn't select it AGAIN! Also, when you select the deal the first time it asks if you are using it in store or in app. once you choose, there seems to be No Way To Change. like if you originally choose offer in app but then get there and decide to use t

the app has become a disaster. takes forever to load, hangs at login, multiple coupons didn't work. infuriating when coupons that are not expired don't function. unable to order breakfast items from Los Angeles locations that support all day breakfast. locations in Barstow don't even show up on map even though they exist. (Even if you can't place an order through the app, you should be able to find their location for drive through). overall terrible customer experience on multiple levels.

When trying to order in the app with an offer (in app coupon), it just gets stuck loading, clearing cache and app data doesn't help, even tried it on a different phone, but it just won't work, however it will let you scan the offer, but every time I've tried to order with the app for the last three months, it just wasted my time and even made me give up and go somewhere else
