I have found the app to be slow, laggy and not intuitive. When you select a deal you then have to go order the items then at check out select the deal AGAIN! If you fail to notice that you get charged full price and don't get the deal because you didn't select it AGAIN! Also, when you select the deal the first time it asks if you are using it in store or in app. once you choose, there seems to be No Way To Change. like if you originally choose offer in app but then get there and decide to use t

The rewards and convenience are great. However, there is an error that says "no internet connection is available" that pops up and covers the screen making it hard to select items. Want to know how I know the Internet connection is, in fact working? Because I can items to my cart, apply my rewards or coupons, and pay for my order. The pop up doesn't end even after swiping out of the app and doing other things on your phone. The only way to get it to stop is by force closing it.

Wanted to try Del Taco app for the first time. It ended with the inability to order (pay for order button does nothing). And when it did, it didn't include all my items, so restart. Then when I finally could and showed up at the place, turns out the order didn't go through and was cancelled. 0/5 if I could. FIX IT!
