I have found the app to be slow, laggy and not intuitive. When you select a deal you then have to go order the items then at check out select the deal AGAIN! If you fail to notice that you get charged full price and don't get the deal because you didn't select it AGAIN! Also, when you select the deal the first time it asks if you are using it in store or in app. once you choose, there seems to be No Way To Change. like if you originally choose offer in app but then get there and decide to use t

Can't place an order ☹️ Big fan of the food, but the rewards section of the app prevents me from placing orders. It stops me and says "basket does not contain the required item for the offer" even when I have no reward selected. When I do select a reward, and I add the correct item for the reward, it says the same thing, so I just can't place any orders. Please fix this.

Update: Can't review my orders. I placed an order at the wrong location and can't cancel it, but still got charged. Can't review order details or contact customer service. The app was great before. This new app is trash. Offers don't load and internal errors all the time. Couldn't log into my previous account. Taco Tuesday prices don't load. it's just terrible and sad, cause it used to be awesome. Bring back the old app!!
