Sadly there is one consistent failing of the app. The cancel order functions are iffy at best and you don't get a refund if they store can't fill your order. Like because they are out of food, or they had to shut for some reason. I know the app can't possibly track individual stores but the store can't cancel your order. So be aware, if the store can't fill your order and you press cancel your money is probably gone.

Kinda hard to use coupons. It won't add the items you need foe the coupon, and sometimed you can't select the items manually. Sometimes you save offers, and they won't show up for you to use. If you have any issues with your order, the store can't help and you need to spend days emailing customer service to get a refund.

I had accumulated enough points for a combo. I selected to redem it. However, the combo wasn't added to my cart, which is the logical location for it to go. I was so frustrated because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to find where it went. So, I complete my order. Found it in "scan" which makes no sense if you are using the app to place a mobile order. Take a page from the BK App. When you select an item to redeem, it takes you to the item to customize. Then you add it to your cart.
