I have found the app to be slow, laggy and not intuitive. When you select a deal you then have to go order the items then at check out select the deal AGAIN! If you fail to notice that you get charged full price and don't get the deal because you didn't select it AGAIN! Also, when you select the deal the first time it asks if you are using it in store or in app. once you choose, there seems to be No Way To Change. like if you originally choose offer in app but then get there and decide to use t

Can't place an order ☹️ Big fan of the food, but the rewards section of the app prevents me from placing orders. It stops me and says "basket does not contain the required item for the offer" even when I have no reward selected. When I do select a reward, and I add the correct item for the reward, it says the same thing, so I just can't place any orders. Please fix this.

Randomly will tell you that your saved card was declined. Readding the SAME CARD fixes it. Locations WILL make food ahead of time. If ordering before leaving for work on a 30 minute commute expect cold, soggy food. Who doesn't love nachos or crispy fried food that's been marinating on a counter for 30 minutes?! ONLY way to get it fresh is to order when you arrive. When a location is closed the app will tell you that all food items aren't available at checkout instead of saying they're closed.
