I have found the app to be slow, laggy and not intuitive. When you select a deal you then have to go order the items then at check out select the deal AGAIN! If you fail to notice that you get charged full price and don't get the deal because you didn't select it AGAIN! Also, when you select the deal the first time it asks if you are using it in store or in app. once you choose, there seems to be No Way To Change. like if you originally choose offer in app but then get there and decide to use t

Upgraded to a new Android phone. Now whenever I open this app I keep getting the error message "Internet Is Unavailable", when it actually is. I've cleared the cache and storage, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked all notification settings and continue to get the same message. I was able to place an order, but continue to get the same error message. Then I sat in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes - not the fault of the app, and my order was received, but aggravating all around.

The rewards and convenience are great. However, there is an error that says "no internet connection is available" that pops up and covers the screen making it hard to select items. Want to know how I know the Internet connection is, in fact working? Because I can items to my cart, apply my rewards or coupons, and pay for my order. The pop up doesn't end even after swiping out of the app and doing other things on your phone. The only way to get it to stop is by force closing it.
