LAGGY! I swear it takes longer to place an order through the app than it does for them to make the pizza. You're better off pulling it up on the computer or calling/going in directly. I have to restart the app at least 5 times each time I try to place an order. Please fix the bugs 😅 there's been a few times I've gone elsewhere because it never acts right.

It's easy enough to use, BUT you are not able to customize any of the pizza's cheese. If you want D, you have to go to the DF tab. It should just be as easy as picking a pizza, selecting customize, then choosing DF. Additionally, it asks if you want to save an order as a favorite, but after you name it, there is no option to save. Also, DF options are more expensive than dairy products, which seems unfair.

This may be the most useless app I've ever tried to use. It doesn't want to do anything, I try to order pick up and want it ASAP and got sorry hours can only be retrieved up to one week back. I tried to order the deal a couple months back, it totally messed up the order and we were told that it was a known issue. It says I have rewards, I go to see and it says no rewards. It seriously cannot do it's job and I'm sick of trying. It's supposed purpose of saving time and money does neither for me.
