The latest app design is a perfect example of if it ain't broke, don't fix it. two designs ago, I was able to access my debit and credit cards with one or two clicks. now? it's buried behind multiple layers of obfuscation and annoyance. prime example of developers getting paid to make things look slick while decreasing usability. by far, the worst app design yet. this is bad.

The new update of chime runs really slow. The previous version responded right away but this one lags a lot. it is frustrating bc I'm used to the snappiness of any selections I would make. it's not my phone bc this is the only app on my device that lags like that. I also think the new layout is only so so that's why 3 stars Hope this issue gets resolved soon.

Hi Jon! We appreciate the review. You may try these steps if your app is not working properly: 1. Reinstall the app. Update your app to the latest version. 2. Try to use WiFi (if on cellular data) or cellular data (if on WiFi). 3, If you’re using a VPN, sign out of the VPN and try again. 4. Try to use a desktop browser or another mobile device.

Remove 2 stars because whose idea was it to change the WHOLE Chime app background to this unexplainable hideous green color🤢. When I logged in, I immediately felt nauseous and dizzy trying to navigate through the app to unfreeze my card. This color or any other color like the dark or light options should be a choice not a force. Change it back please! It will cause customers who suffer from Color hypersensitivity, Sensory Overload and Photophobia, instant discomfort
