Ratings and reviews

Pathao is good so far but the commissions are too high according to the current fuel price situation. The app bubble doesn’t work most of the time and I have to manually open the app every time to see my requests. Also the app is a bit slow to response rather than the Uber driver app. Hope to see Pathao fix these bugs and let us use the app smoothly. Other than that Pathao is a good, easy and safer platform for both bikers and it’s customers. Wish you best of luck.

Cannot delete the account; the OTP doesn't arrive. When signing up, the OTP came quickly, but what happened with account deletion?
