Expressly for employees who already use Paycom’s HR and payroll technology solutions at work and have enrolled for the Vault Visa® Payroll Card through Paycom’s Employee Self-Service®.

Useless app and company. Please don't use. It took 3 weeks for my card to arrive and then I couldn't withdraw any money unless I bought something and got cash back I could only get $100 each time so it took many times of doing this to get my money. Also every time I went to use the app it would say wrong password so each time I went there I had to create a new password, every time!!!! Beware!!!

Do not trust vault with your money. If you have card protections activated via the app, there is no way for customer service to help you if the app goes under maintenance. There is no way for you to change card protections on the website either. This means that if the app is down, you won't be able to use your card. This is untenable. As soon as the app is fixed I will be moving off this platform because there is no way I'm trusting my money to a company that has incomplete features.

Worst bank out there. They don't pay early. The card didn't work half the time even though there is no damage and I am on my second card. The card only works after wiping the chip time and time again. Customer service might as well be called customer harassment. Everyone you speak with will have an Asian accent and can't understand anything said by an American. They refuse to help with anything. You have to reset your password every time you log on to the app. Any other option is better.
