Nothing ever works, app has half the capabilities the full website does which defeats the point of the app being convenient. Money never deposits like it is supposed to. customer service will put blame on everything except anything on their end. That's assuming you dont get connected to a dead line anytime you call.

The app is not intuitive. It will not keep me logged in so I have to type the long cumbersome password every two minutes, even if I leave the app for just 20 SECONDS to check literally anything else on my phone...... There is NO pin # login option.... I CAN'T turn on an option to even SCREENSHOT ANY of my financial stuff and a few other things I can't even think of right now because I'm just frustrated.......

I had an emergency pop up on 8/5 so I did a return to Walmart and the card company is holding the refund hostage "processing" even though the receipt verifies the credit, the company's ledger verified the credit, they refuse to make it available. I called the number several times...3 to 5 days processing time on this providers end. unacceptable I also emailed Paycom support. no answer. it's sad business.
