DasherDirect is a prepaid debit and mobile banking app for US-based Dashers, powered by Payfare. It provides Dashers with no-fee payouts after every dash, access to convenient banking functionality, and cash-back on gas, dining, groceries, travel and more.

Here’s how it works:
Instant no-fee deposits: Your earnings payouts are processed automatically—and without a fee after every dash, via the DasherDirect app and Visa prepaid card.

Access to banking: Core mobile banking functionality is available, alongside other financial benefits like bill payments, money transfers, deposits, ATM withdrawals, and more.

Cash-back rewards: DasherDirect unlocks cash back rewards on gas, dining, travel and everyday purchases.

The DasherDirect Business Prepaid Visa Card is issued by Stride Bank, N.A., member FDIC, pursuant to a license by Visa U.S.A. Inc. Subject to eligibility; use of the card is governed by the DasherDirect Cardholder Agreement and Payfare Program Terms. Payouts from deliveries initiated after each dash; funds are typically available within an hour pending any delays. Reward categories and amounts subject to change without notice. No-fee transfers and no-fee and low-fee ATM withdrawals available.

Ratings and reviews

I've been dashing since March 31st and haven't had any issues with the app or my card. Even with the virtual card, everything was pretty straightforward. I enjoy the cash back rewards as well. If I had to ding a star for anything, it would be that the transfer time to a bank account is crud, especially since you can instantly transfer to cashapp.

Exploitative, restrictive, makes it impossible to send money to people without massive hassle, locks your money down for anything but bills and online shopping, and definitely does not pay close to enough. $2.50 base pay, and people tip less and less all the time with the fees they charge them now. We don't get anything real for being top dashers and the perks for being platinum are useless, and the support is a farse.

App always works PERFECTLY for me. No issues pertaining to app's functionality. My only beef with this app (Reason for 4⭐️'s, instead of 5⭐️'s) is when you search for ATM's, they provide a legit list of 'em nearby, BUT when the ATM's mention in the app that they don't charge fees (a.k.a. "FREE/NO FEE ATM"), IT'S COMPLETE BS & MISLEADING 'cause they're NOT/NEVER FREE or the fees are higher than quoted in app. Misquoted FREE/NO CHARGE ATM'S needs updating! Better to just do "CASHBACK" instead!!
