BE CAREFUL OF THIS APP. Charged me twice for a single purchase! Labeled as debit adjustment. I tried reaching out customer service but customer service is very unresponsive!!! YOU MIGHT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Another issue I had is I was charged more than what is recorded in transaction history when I bought something. Support is futile and won't return the unrecorded deducted amount because they can't do basic math. THEY CAN GET MONEY FROM YOU ANYTIME WITHOUT RECORDS.

I've been using Maya for a while, but I'm really disappointed with the in-app support on Android. The chat feature keeps looping through automated responses and doesn’t provide an option to connect with a live agent. Meanwhile, using my other device on iOS, I can easily reach a live agent right away. Please address this inconsistency—access to proper support shouldn’t depend on the device being used.

Definitely one of the best out there, it's packed with features and bonuses that every user can rely on. The issue mainly is it's buggy interface, and even processes too. The app gets jitters mid transaction sometimes or just scrolling through cryptogallery. And the “missions” (spend x amount to receive bonuses y) doesn't work for me, except the monthly spend 250 for +1.5% p.a. bonus.
