I needed to place an on line to go order and was skeptical based on the vast amount of low reviews. And now I agree with them. I was nearly done with my online order and checked the details of an item. When I pressed the back button to return to the cart, it returned me to the home screen and LOST everything in my cart. In addition, the app is slow. What should have taken 5 minutes or less literally took me 15 minutes.

Never ever works. There is always a validation error every time I try to complete my order. This has been going on for a year! Tried reinstalling, no luck. Update: I can submit an order as long as I do not utilize my free bread reward, which is a huge reason why we like to go there. When I add the monthly free bread reward I get a "validation error" message at checkout. Boo!

The App is def. not the worst I've experienced but def. not the best so that's why a 3. U have to do a lot of exploring to get the info you need so eventually u get better at it. Another problem is not every location is adept at using the app either. Unless something has changed since I last visited, the Pier 39 store doesn't even have a scanner & cashiers don't know how to check me in w/o it. Only managerial staff knows how so then I have to wait for an on the spot training session.
