I'm confused with the app. It's suppose to be able to scan receipts so you can collect points right? I've looked everywhere and there's no feature to scan the receipt. Even when I scan the QR code on my camera, all that pops up is a code which is suppose to go to the app. Am I missing something? What's the point of being part of the loyalty program if you can't collect points?

Invalid Grant & App Crash Android app has been glitchy from the beginning. Never let me reorder items from previous order made at a no-longer-open location. Order history shouldn't be location-specific. Now, I'm trying to us it and when I open, it gives an "Invalid Grant" error and force-closes the app, preventing me from using the app at all. Please address these issues and get the app flow smoother!

Great place to eat but cannot actually use rewards. I redeemed a reward and it doesn't show up when I try to apply it to my order. It shows the reward is there but I cannot actually use it to place an online order.
