Not the best. When putting in my payment info it kept deleting my info. Had to put in multiple times. Unable to change location after putting things in the cart. Had to start over. After the review screen it refers to the location bu store number not address so you can't confirm it is the same address you are driving to on Google maps. Store number is not important to the customer. I want to know the address.

Zero customer service. App keeps giving "street address and postal code do not match" error on any card I try, despite never asking for either at any point using the app. Tried sending a message through UNO's contact us online, as that is the only method of support they provide. Two weeks later, the error persists and havent got a word back. Money is better spent at restaurants with existent communication ability.

Sitting in the Uno parking lot right now. Went to check the app. Says I don't have an account. I don't remember. Tried signing up. Annoying process. Makes me pick a favorite location, sorted by location number. How do I find the location I actually go to in this mess of a stupid list? Picked one at random. Then I try to opt out of spam email. That makes it impossible to complete sign up. Either "opt in" or pound sand. I choose the latter. I'm leaving and spending my money at a better restaurant.
