Features have been broken for two years now and somehow getting worse. Getting the app to sync with the device for setup is also painfully difficult and failure prone even though the WiFi is fully functional. The app cannot view any historical data, only the live data. Philips servers are probably shut down. This is just an app to set up your Philips device with the phone and it doesn't work very well beyond that.

Please make sure to use the app with an account, as historical data can't be viewed/stored without an account. Recent connectivity issues between app (on Android) and the clock, so I reset the clock's factory settings and uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Connection between clock and app used to work fine but just stopped working recently and I cant get it to reconnect, with multiple tries as described above. I see other reviewers having the same issue recently. Not recommended at all.

No longer able to connect to headband. It takes forever to even sync it. It shouldnt take more than 30 minutes every night trying to get the headband connected. The app just doesn't find it, turning on/off the headband, my phone, Bluetooth, nothing helps. This has been an ongoing issue. I have tried hard resetting the headband several times, it connects for a day then I have the connectivity issues all over again.

Hi. We just wanted to share another tip with you that can help resolve the issue. If you have the DSH 2 we suggest you to update to the latest 2.3.7.0 firmware. If you have the DSH 1, we kindly suggest to await the firmware fix that is planned to be released in September. Let us know if you have any other questions. KR, Philips SleepMapper Team
