Ratings and reviews

It's a convenient way to pay your bills. But I really don't like that it has to constantly be running in the background. Edit: after seeing other reviews, I looked into my snapshot trip records. What an absolute garbage tier tracking app. How do I even have 50% phone usage during a trip?! I'm pretty sure it thought that playing music was phone usage. And it's not like it can tell if my passenger is the one using my phone.

The app is overall good for the policy information and making payments. On the other hand though the Snapshot feature sucks, it's just really bad, it drains your phone constantly and the logic that uses to determine who's driving is terrible as well. You gotta be on top of each trip and making sure the right driver is assigned to each trip. The other thing is hard brakes, it's way too sensitive, and even if you are trying to slow down will without a hard push will count it.

FIX SNAPSHOT!!! App works as intended for an insurance app. Snapshot needs to be fixed. Even though the app suggests plugging my device into the car and using the car's hands free options, which I do 100% of the time while driving, I am still docked for phone use. If I accept a call and only use my car's built in speakers and mic, I am docked for phone use. Android auto is fully launched which should be an indicator that my phone is plugged into the car. Developers please fix this issue!!!
