Very lacking in information. For example, my policy amount changed, but there was no info on why on the app, so I had to use the website. I could see if it would take alot of effort to include things like that into the app but it wouldn't take anything more than another button to click in the menu that would be populated with information they already have. It's very disappointing such a large company can't even include your account mailbox in their mobile app as if that's some massive effort.

The app is fine, helpful even, but Snapshot sucks. You're required to allow it constant access & it drains the battery. Turning it off doesn't help bc it'll turn itself back on even if the phone hasn't moved at all. The driving records are inaccurate, too. Some are logged, some are not. If you use hand-free through Bluetooth, it'll log it as if you're using the device. It has logged my trips as if I'm riding on a bus/bicycle & if you hit a pothole it activates hard braking. It's not worth the $.

The app is generally great, intuitive, and user friendly. However, I signed up for home owners insurance and I cannot maintain my home owners insurance through the app. In addition, I signed up for Snapshot in order to reduce my rates, and it is a bit ridiculous in how it judges driving. Both my and my spouse's driving have 5* ratings, but it's very difficult to maintain those ratings. I receive highly debatable and questionable negative marks, and there's no way to dispute their validity.
