I keep loosing connections constantly! The updated app has the temperature strip blocking the Wifi connection page. I cannot connect to my Wi-Fi. I cannot scroll up or down to see my wifi. C ook analysis is gone, probe temp settings is gone, and some probe plug are not showing up on the app, the temperature set timer is max at 10 hour only. Please fix the bugs! Plus add an alarm when the probe temperatures has reached its settings. Allow the temperature set timer up to 15 hours.

A majority of reviews from all over say the app sucks. It does. This has been going on for years. Fix the connectivity and responsiveness, please. The wifi is correct, none of my other wifi things have issues connecting. Phone cache has been cleared and app reinstalled. nope. On top of that when I tried to add the app to a new tablet it will only give a "server issue" and try again later. My friends with other brands grills connection and apps are great. its frustrating

this app is garbage. I can't even get connection with the smoker because your screen doesn't scroll properly. it detected the smoker the first time when I tried to "add a grill," but since I had to cancel to try again because of your scrolling issue, the second time it won't even find the smoker. registering was an absolute horror show, took me four tries and over a half hour. Seriously if you're going to market this expensive smoker as Bluetooth and app controlled, you should get it right!
