Solid 3 after 2025 updates. I've had this grill and app for a few years. Love the grill, the app is frustrating. It doesn't always connect, it NEVER stays connected but usually reconnects. When you change something in the app you have to double check a couple minutes later to make sure the grill received it. Here's to hoping more bug fixes and updates will help in 2026! I will say the app is much more responsive now.

It is a decent app. I like being able to be out and being able to check on the status of my cook. I have had issues with initiating a shutdown and it disconnecting from the app, but not actually shutting down. I do wish we could set target temps to adjust the temps. I thought there was a recipe function when I bought the grill, but I can't seem to figure it out. It only lets you set things from the grill and not the app.

After having my grill now for a few years, I can say the grill works but the app is absolutely trash. I have never been able to connect using Bluetooth even after they sent me replacement boards. The wifi when it does connect only allows me to see temps. It does not allow me to set or adjust the temperature, set timers, monitor more then a single prob without the main board throwing errors, nor any alarms. Support for this app is zero.
