Let's you pick English as a language which helps with functions - but the most important part: the contracts, packages, and terms are still not in English. You can't copy this text for contracts/packages to post into Google Translate either.

I've got a problem with topping up. The button I need to click on, to confirm payment for SMSes is almost off the bottom of the screen, so that I can't press it effectively! This is a serious problem, as I mainly use the phone (when off Wi-Fi) to SMS, and occasionally call, or make, eg, BLIK payments. Any solution, please-? Thanks! Now, I've got a further problem. When I enter my PIN to the app, it doesn't open at all!! The arrow just keeps going round and round...

The app is not perfect, it misses some clarity when it comes to showing data usage and some translation. However, the biggest dissapointment is the fact that help through the app chat works only in polish, agents can't even use google translate not even for english - it's a very poor ux experience (coming from someone who worked in support)

What's new
