Ratings and reviews

Works about half the time. Anytime I cross into another country even for a bit. It will scramble the app and say I have tons of data to use. But it won't connect and I'll have no internet. I've tried restarting the phone. Unistall the app, deactivate the package and reactivate. Nothing seems to work. And I still can't get all the words in English.

Very bad because I have no way of translating it into English - 2019 After 2 years I've returned to Poland this app still doesn't have a feature allowing you to translate it to English I know quite a few people that im here working with that use it and the only major problem is every time we want to read something in the app or check packages etc. We have to use Google translate for it this is very frustrating and not accommodating for you English speaking customers very dissatisfied

The more I use this app the more convinced I am they have designed it in the most deceitful way possible to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Need to top up to continue your package? well you topped up in the wrong place in the app! top up again in the correct place! It is not clear at all. Random charges of 5zl to take you under your recurring payment threshold so you need to top up minimum of 10. Absolutely do not recommend. Go T mobile or anyone else but Play.
