Terrible experience. Poor customer support - no English support chat (call only? What about deaf or muted people?), getting only template responses like "please, try to reinstall the application". Unable to switch from basic to full profile, getting errors during validation, though all the data requested is valid and was provided by the support representative.

Useless as a foreigner, none of your issues will be EVER addressed. Service quality 0 out of 10. Too bad I can't give this app negative stars. Edit: please someone from Play support reach out to me. My account is set to expire at the beginning of each month. I called two separate support numbers, but no one speaks ANY English.
