The "Easy Deposit" features has not worked on my last two phones, a Pixel 7 and a Pixel 6. Every time I try to take a photo of a check, I just get a blank screen with a blue rectangle. There's clearly something wrong with the app's use of the Camera API. If smartphone deposits are important to you, steer clear of Popular until they solve the issue.

I've had this app for years and in the last few weeks the app won't open on my device when I click on the icon. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and restarting the phone and the only way I can open it is by going into the Play Store, selecting the app and clicking "Open", which is not very convenient. In the app's page, the Play Store gave me a warning that recent data indicates that the app has stopped working on devices like mine. I don't understand why that would happen.

Is it convenient to have your bank in your hand. The part I don't understand is who think adding an intro sound will be nice to have. Now, you need to make sure to put down the volume because the people near you will look directly to your phone because you are in the bank app checking your balance. At least, add the options in setting to turn off the audio in the app. If something works, leave it as is. Update: Thanks for all the efforts! Now is working as expected.
