Online app is quite poor; it does not allow clients to deposit remote checks for up to a year. I had to travel to the island to deposit a check. They say it's for security reasons, yet I have had a mortgage with them for over four years. Despite my savings account being nearly three months old, they still deny me the "privilege to deposit" until they see fit. This policy is inconvenient for those of us who cannot visit the bank every time we want to deposit checks from another bank. I called
