I would rate the app 5 stars, but recent updates feel like a regression. I used to be able to get to my card QR code straight from a lounge listing, as one usually would want, but now you have to hit back 3-4 times to return to the home screen and get to the card details. Please revert to old UX. It also keeps telling me that the credit card is expired when you open the app, but I don't have my card details entered and never have. Update: CC notification still pops up, which is very annoying!

Really basic app that needs some serious UX work to make using benefits less of a cluster. There are many, basic usability options like location, maps, planning ahead, integration with airline apps or tripit, etc that would make it a much better experience. But that's the problem with a breakage model. They don't really WANT you to use it to the fullest extent.

Subscribed and immediately regretted it after discovering that LA airport, one of the busiest, has no lounge. The app was no help in that discovery. Ads clutter the interface. Why try to sell me more stuff when I already bought priority? Airport maps are difficult to use on a phone. Redesign the thing. Main reasons for the app is to find a lounge and and validate membership. Don't care about workspaces and car rentals. I will attempt to cancel and get my money back. I don't hold much hope.
