I really want this app to work, but that doesn't matter, it fails me every time. I can't even put in the origin or the destination 99% of the time. It just simply stops working and you can tinker with it for a long time, but nothing ever happens. Incredibly frustrating. I consider this app to be the ultimate lost cause. The frustrating experience makes me wonder, is it really even supposed to work? Or was the whole purpose just to simply have an app with Renfe's name on it.

Ir offers ticket prices that are not available when you are about to pay (the ones available are more expensive...) It gives continued errors. It doesn't synchronized the the calendar when your calendar in a different place, so when I select a certain date, it brings me back to a previous day... A disaster...There is a lot room to improve.

Very bad user experience. The website is even worse. Links don't work and/or take you to unexpected pages. Impossible to use the points I had when booking and customer service doesn't even reply to my query. The end to end experience is awful. Please sort the entire service out.
