Terrible experience, installed the app. Started to create an account. After I entered all my personal data the app says: something went wrong, please try again later. So I try again, same result. Then the app freezes an I had to force stop the app. I try to create account again. Unfortunately somehow my phone nr is saved and I cannot use it. So I try to login with my nr and code. Same message: something went wrong, try again. Can't go to chat because my picture has never been uploaded.

Last time they just charged 0,6% fee without mentioning anything... I complained. They just mentioned it is all fine. As a next step today was impossible to add a beneficiary and transfer money. Something went wrong... Support can't help. Once I liked the app, but recently it just became a nightmare. I would suggest you to avoid it.

The only thing about that caused to give 4 is as follows. I have a extended passport that has an sticker on the other page if i upload the first page it says expired. If I upload the extended sticker it does not recognize it. And the drawback is that there is not to contacts to this bank that can solve this problem. Therefore, I need close my account😑.
