I used Revolut a lot and never had issues until recently. Now, they entirely block Custom ROMs. Because of that, I can't access my account anymore. I don't believe the 'Custom ROMs are insecure' claims. I'll be moving forward. I'll really make sure my other tech friends and family circle will also switch. Unless it's resolved, I won't come back. This is an active anti-consumer action.

Couldn't authenticate the account from the new phone because of a security measure that requires taking a selfie photo, which doesn't work. All the support could suggest was to keep trying under different lighting conditions, as it's their only method to authenticate the owner. There is also a limited number of attempts, after which you have to wait 24 hours before trying (and failing) again. Excellent security measures!

They did not consider the user at all when designing the user interface. For example: When you duplicate a bill it defaults to a date in 1970 which cost me 3 hours. When trying to change it a calendar pops up where you can not pick the year. You can only click next month slowly over and over and over. Since some months have 30 and some months have 31 days the size of the calendar changes. So if you click next month too fast you miss the next month button which closes the calendar.
