lost access to app, online chat, transfers and payment. apparently my phone is now running "custom firmware" which is funny as I didn't change anything in my phone. not recommended as you may be locked out of your services. unfortunately my device is "not safe" anymore and don't have access to any other devices at the moment (factory reset is not an option for me). so great job developers! other users be aware as it may happen to you at any time with loosing access to account

Used it for years now but since last update app became really slow alltogether. Wireless tapping glitches a lot for no reason. Recent transfer has been an awful experience as money is nowhere, tried tranfer locator option but even that report is days late and customer service is absolutely awful. Can't help me even though it's their own policies.

I've been happily using Revolut for years. In the past couple of months however I've noticed the following happening: - it got REALLY slow to start - it now frequently gets stuck on a black screen soon after the fingerprint reading This got so bad I couldn't top it up for an upcoming transaction, which forced me to use another card. I hope they fix these issues soon, as otherwise it will quickly become a problem. Samsung Galaxy S10e.
