Everything is okay. Sometimes the interface takes too long to load. But what really annoys me is that you have to update it to the latest version way too often like two or three times a month. And then there’s always some minor downtime here and there. As a student who uses RHB to pay for everything through QR, this is really frustrating.

Has not been using the app for a while and only recently realized the app has been updated because I need to approve an online transaction, turn out the app is frozen and I cannot click the Approve or Reject button ended up I am unable to complete the transaction. Open up the app later it seems to has frozen as well at the announcement screen. Have written to the customer support and see how they can back as I have been updated OS to latest already.

Few issues that I need to highlight, 1. I cannot make any transfer and notification keep pop up "Something is wrong/Ops there's something wrong". 2. I've added the RHB at my home screen but few days it suddenly disappear. now I cannot make any transactions. please notify your clients via email if you want to update etc.
