The Rogers' systems is terrible in our area. Continually freezing or no service at all. They have replaced all the equipment in the house and the cable to the road. Many, many trips by their techs to our home and they all say the same thing. Rogers issue out at the road, but after a year it is no better. Time to look at Starlink or Bell as I don't want to spend another minute on hold to tell them the same thing with no results.

Absolute garbage of an app. Was forced to switch from Fido to Rogers and can't manage basic functionality such as controlling what devices can connect using desktop web page and must use the mobile app. However app is difficult to use and cannot limit who can connect on router. This is basic functionality and should not require jumping through hoops. Overall, all is poorly designed and not user-friendly and hard to find anything

Edit: I followed the steps in the app to create a new WI Fi, however, after getting the message that HomeConnect has connected to the new network, it restarted the application and prompted me to activate a new network. I have restarted the app, the phone, the router, same result. The next morning I open it again and it magically works! Fixed the rating, since finally was able to get in.
