I'd rate it less if I could. For over a year now, this app can't perform the one function it's supposed to do. I managed to log in once when I first downloaded it and was randomly logged out one day. Ever since, I haven't been able to login at all for YEARS. I've written to customer support, linked and unlinked accounts, changed passwords. Nothing. Just switch to Bell. Only reason I'm still here is I can't control who my ISP is at the moment. Edit to reply from the team: Yes, I've done that.

Hello and we're sorry to hear about the troubles you've had with this app. Have you attempted to download the app from scratch to see if that helps? Rebooting your device may also do the trick. Please keep us posted! ^yc

When it works, it's great. But as with most Roger's things, it stops working a lot. If you pause a video or your screen goes dark, the video won't keep playing and you have to close the app. There are days I can't get anything to play. They definitely need to put some improvements into their app if they're going to keep advertising you can watch your shows on the go. I often get frustrated and switch over to one of my streaming apps that actually work.

Always such a headache to setup static ips or to port forward. What's with the super slow time it takes to update the connected devices list or an ip change? 5+ minutes for the device/app to register a change. Which doesnt sound like much but when you're tweaking stuff it adds up. Also I'm not sure what's happened, but recently the port-forwarding functionality has completely broken. No matter what I do they remain closed. Previous ones remain functional.
