I faced errors like "Trying to insert a duplicate record" while registering for a Meezan Digital Account, despite being a new user. After multiple failed attempts, I contacted Meezan Bank via WhatsApp, and they resolved it. While I appreciate the support, the app should provide clearer error messages and a smoother registration process for new users. Hope they improve this!

Tried opening an account multiple times, but the app keeps saying I'm under 18, even though uploaded my National ID Card which is only issued after turning 18. I'm officially 18, yet this error continues. The app is also not user-friendly at all. If you make even a small mistake, it throws you back to the first page, which is very frustrating. I request Meezan Bank to fix this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I recommend others to consider opening an account with a different bank.
