NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I COULD. This app is the worst. it worked for like 3 days when I first downloaded it, I'm not sure what happened cause afterwards it just showed me a white page that says "Logged in successful" stays on that page and nothing happens. If you close out you have to do the whole thing again just to end up on the same page. it was so helpful when I could see my shifts.

The log in is pretty buggy. I tried setting up a fingerprint login, and it said I required a Microsoft password that I didn't know (this isn't the main issue). However, when I tried canceling, it would keep automatically opening the fingerprint menu, even though I'd canceled and it wouldn't work. When I try disabling it, it automatically rechecks it once before working, and always rechecks every time I open the app. So I have to click the check twice, click use password, then cancel, then enter.

This app worked great in the beginning, now can't even get logged in, called the help desk which was no help at all. tells you you're logged in but it doesn't go anywhere. does not connect to the page after several attempts of logging in if you can even get in anymore, It has been updated. I have taken it off my phone and rebooted it. it still has not fixed the problem, it's doing the same thing now it's telling me that there's a problem me logging in, this app is not working correctly at all
