We switched from UKG Dimensions to this nearly two months ago, and it can't do something as simple as show my schedule. Not that the company cares, but if an app isn't fully ready, let your employees continue using the app that does work until the new one is properly implemented and rolled out. Not force them to use an app that is barely even ready!

it seems login is restricted to only working when you are actually on site (at work). Another issue with the app, everyone i work with, including myself, received this week's schedule which had incorrect shift times. Yesterday the app showed my shift was 1:30-10pm, my works time clock said i was an hour early when I punched in. Was told by management NOT to use the app until further notice.

• Schedules are never posted (at least not in my district)which is a big point of management making us get the app so they don't have to use paper schedules. • The way checking payroll works makes you question the age of the app designer. • Takes 20ish seconds to log is sometimes. Other times it will put you into an endless loop of "Logn in" "Logged in Successful" (yes that's the texted displayed, not a typo on my part) & a blank white screen. Or looping right back to the login screen.

Thanks for the feedback, Mariska! We're rolling out the app store by store to ensure everything works smoothly. If you don't have access yet, your location will be coming soon. In the meantime, we'll double check the login issues you described to make sure everything is working as intended.
