I don't like that it doesn't charge your card automatically for a curbside pickup. I keep my card locked, they dont charge when you order then try to charge your card before you pickup then it declines because your card is locked. walmart preauthorizes for like 10 dollars over the amount to account for weighted items. then the amount just adjusts.

rewards take more effort than it's worth, the app is always a pain to access when you're in the store just trying to get that $0.13 discount it's a waste of time. the app was pathetic before and they managed to make it even worse, re-update everytime you try to open it, or even if you just lose connection. open it when you leave for the store and maybe by the time you arrive the app will actually load/open

The new app is the pits! In-store purchases are not showing up so therefore I'm not receiving reward points for them. I always key my acct phone number in prior to checking out! Receipt shows 306 points. App shows 44! I've emailed cust service once before & they eventually emailed back wanting my whole life story, bloodtype, first kid's name...iow too much information! Like all they should need is name, address, and phone number associated with account! New app has been out HOW long now?!
