Ratings and reviews

I ordered every week on the website, which doesn't exist. Had to load, reloaded the app many times to get working. when reviewing the cart, it randomly deletes items. At store order was not ready this has never happened. I ordered 5 hours before pickup. They had not started it. I looked at my emails I got a sorry your order is not going to be ready on time. This seems like it's programmed. My United Grocery history has been deleted only have Safeway history. Try to be customere next week

I had the app as soon as it launched, was able to sign in just fine and navigated it. About a month later I can't sign in at all! I've tried every way: phone #, email - even as guest. It says 'having technical issues' on their end. I've cleared the cache, uninstall and reinstalled - I still can't log in.

They made it "pretty" at the expense of usability. Also, the Friday Freebie promotion seems to be all but extinct. Also, I have had to delete / reinstall twice because the app just randomly locks up and stops working. But, to use the coupons that are app only, you have to endure the process. I wish Kroger was in my area.
