I would love to give this 5 stars. Up until lately, they were almost perfect! I was super pleased with sound quality of music, ease of use & call quality. Lately they have become a bit of a hastle to use for phone calls (which is the #1 reason I purchased). It's hit or miss, I haven't noticed a pattern or reason for the calling issues. Example, last night my dad called, I answered but the quality was horrible & worst of all, they weren't in sync. Left ear then 1 or 2 seconds later, right ear.

The August update feels more like a token "we're totally still developing this!" gesture than anything intended to address a real problem. Why would move most of the feature controls from the home screen into a new tab entirely? That makes no sense whatsoever. What, now I have to sift through pages to find the equalizer? Such incompetence. Also, the firmware update BROKE my right bud; sound quality plummeted, and ambient sound won't work right with it at all. What in the absolute heck?

Forces you to update immediately. I may need to turn off the ambient noise filter so I can hear what's going on for something urgent but it won't let me access anything until I update. And if I'm in an area with no reception then I can't update and must remove my earbuds. Not great. Update 12/2/21. They added an option to update later at the bottom of the screen. Now I can rightfully credit this app for it's usefulness and functionality. Great features, great response to my complaint. Thanks
